Akhanda Yoga classes with Lisa every Saturday @ 12:10pm

We are very happy to welcome a new class to Fox Gym. Starting this Saturday at 12:10pm Akhanda Yoga classes with Lisa! Akhanda Yoga is a holistic approach to yoga incorporating asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting and meditation. Classes are suitable for beginners and no minimum level of fitness is required, “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.” Classes are £8 for 90 minutes and Lisa is offering your first class half price.
