These group classes are designed to strengthen your entire body, increase fitness & conditioning and improve posture and functional strength. A 60 minute high energy, full body workout.

A structured programme to improve your fitness and learn the skill of boxing.

Classes to suit all ages and abilities, in a friendly atmosphere. For men, women and children aged 8 and above. Beginners are always welcome.
