A new yoga class is coming to Fox Gym. Akhanda flow is more dynamic and fast paced than your traditional Akhanda class and is ideal for students who are looking for a more vigorous practice. Class is suitable for beginners, however previous experience is a plus. The class will encompass all the foundational elements of an Akhanda yoga class: breathwork, chanting meditation and relaxation. Classes start on Wednesday 1st February, 18:30-20:00, £10.00.
